Charlotte FM Radiothon
The Charlotte FM Radiothon returns on October 8 from 7 AM to 7 PM, bringing our community together for 12 hours of stories, support and giving in support of the Charlotte County Hospital Foundation.
Throughout the day, listeners are invited to tune in, hear from members of our community and help raise funds that support local healthcare close to home. Every donation, big or small, helps make a meaningful difference for patients, families and healthcare services in Charlotte County.

Mark Downey is the founder of the Charlotte FM Radiothon, an initiative created to bring our community together in support of local healthcare. What began as an idea to use the power of radio to make a difference has grown into a meaningful annual tradition, helping raise vital funds for the Charlotte County Hospital Foundation and the healthcare services our community relies on.
Mark’s vision helped create an event that continues to show just how much can happen when a community comes together for a common cause.
